ABOUT OUR FIRM

David Bliss represents clients in North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota.

As a fourth-generation North Dakotan, Mr. Bliss knows many of his clients as friends and neighbors.

As a trial lawyer, Mr. Bliss helps people face the challenges of an often difficult and complicated legal process.

Mr. Bliss has represented clients for more than twenty five years. Throughout his career he has represented injured people in a variety of cases including car accidents, wrongful death, nursing home abuse and sexual abuse in the workplace. Mr. Bliss has also represented companies in corporate business disputes, landowners and water resource districts in water-related matters and family members in contested estate and probate issues.
