Established in 1991, Bliss Law Office is a general practice of law with emphasis on personal injury, estate planning and probate, credit and collections, commercial law, water law, litigation and government relations. Mr. Bliss has taught family law classes for legal assistance, and is trained in the use of mediation and other alternative dispute resolution procedures. Mr. Bliss received mediation training at the University of North Dakota and at the Center for Dispute Resolution, Willamette Law School. Salem, Oregon
