Jackie StebbinsJackie M. Stebbins was born and raised in Bowman, North Dakota. She grew up on a farm and ranch in the heart of southwest North Dakota and is very proud of her small-town roots. Jackie attended the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks for her undergraduate work and legal training. She currently resides in Bismarck, North Dakota, with her husband Sean, daughter Kennedy and Milo their rat terrier dog. Jackie's hobbies include yoga, swimming, kayaking, camping, tae kwon do, reading and current events.

Areas of Practice: Jackie practices in the areas of family law, criminal defense, general civil litigation and personal injury. She was admitted to the North Dakota Bar in 2009 and is admitted to practice in all North Dakota courts and the United States District Court, District of North Dakota. Jackie also serves as Lincoln, North Dakota’s city attorney and prosecutor.

Education: In 2009 Jackie graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law, Grand Forks, North Dakota, with a J.D. degree. In 2006 she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Dakota, with a B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Public Administration.

Achievements:
2009 Order of the Barristers: Order of the Barristers recognizes students who demonstrate excellence in trial work and appellate advocacy while in law school. Only eight students from the class of 2009 were honored with this distinction.

2008-2009 Outside Articles Editor, North Dakota Law Review: A law review editor is one of the most sought after and highly distinguished positions in law school.
